"Have A Very Merry Twisted Xmas With McFarlane's"
If you thought the festive season was a time of fun, joy and laughter then...
You were wrong because this festive season McFarlane introduces a Twisted Christmas.
This series is about as twisted and warped an image of Christmas your ever likely to see.
Enjoy a traditional McFarlane festive seaeson with some of the seasons most adorable and loved characters that have been given the McFarlane's Twist.
I have been eagerly awaiting a new line of Twisted Tales sries figures since the last line of Twisted Fairy Tales and these fit the bill nicely, especially Mrs Clause who...
There are six characters in the Twisted Christmas series:
Remember those cold winter days when you used to sit praying for the snow to fall so you could have some fun making a Snowman and having snowball fights?
Well this season pray that it never comes because this season the snow will bring McFarlane's Twisted Snowman with it.
With a heart as black as coal this is no ordinary Snowman but the reborn soul of an evil and vengeful serial killer return to pay your children a visit.
With twisted gnarled branches for arms and crooked, black rotten teeth and breate stinking of decaying and rotting flesh flesh he shuffles silently and slowly towards his unsuspecting victims. McFarlane"s Snowman Concept ArtMcFarlane"s Snowman Stories
"Look out! Look out!
Jack Frost is about!
He's after your fingers and toes"
On a cold and frosty winter morning the forest stands dark and menacing, tendrils of ice hanging from twisted trees like frozen fingers on an old mans hand, suddenly the earth erupts scattering gravestones and clumps of sodden earth and snow around his feet as Jack Frost emerges from the ground a grimacing smile on his frozen lips.
Jack Frost is the personification of winter who originated in Viking folklore. An elfish creature, or sprite, he travels across the land at night leaving frosty crystal patterns on the windows and cold icicles of water on the morning dew.
But today he's having a bad day, and if he's having a bad day so will you.
Looking mean and menacing, covered in frozen blue icicles this Jack Frost stands approx 6 inches, 9 including the branches, above a graveyard. Jack is articulated at the biceps, wrists, left knee and right thigh and comes standing on a cityscape base 4 inches by 3 1/4 inches.McFarlane"s Jack Frost Concept ArtMcFarlane"s Jack Frost Stories
This is one Santa you won't want climbing down your chimney but he'll certainly make sure your kids are asleep, permanently!
Looking like something out of Robo-Hunter in the 2000AD comic book McFarlane's Twisted Santa Claus is a dark vision from the bowels of hell.
Measuring approx 5 1/2 inches to the top of his hat he is articulated at the neck, elbows and ankles. He also has a removable hat a mask which reveal a macabre skull beneath.

Do you remember Rudolph?
The red nosed reindeer?
The one who guided Santa's sleigh one foggy Christmas Eve?
The reindeer everyone else used to laugh and call names?
Well, they won't be calling this reindeer any names, period.
Possessed by the essence of evil or the devil himself, with a snarling grimace showing rows of razor sharp teeth, a murderous glint in his eye and bloodied axe in his hand he approaches.
Twisted Rudy Reindeer is the perfect companion for Twisted Santa but I can't see this Rudy pulling any sleighs this festive seasons but I'm sure he will manage to "slay" a few people.
Rudy stands approx 7 1/2 inches to the top of his antlers, with a bladed weapon and articulated at the shoulders, wrists and hips is the perfect companion to Twisted Santa and his Twisted Helpers. McFarlane"s Rudy Reindeer Concept ArtMcFarlane"s Rudy Reindeer Stories
Santa's Little Helpers
Where would Santa be without his helpers?
So a Twisted Santa must have some Twisted Helpers and these three elves will certainly fit the bill. Grimacing and cackling like a trio of gremlins rather than cheerful elves these three look ready to carve the Christmas Turkey never mind wrapping any presents.
Each elf stands 3-4 inches in height. The elf on the right is articulated on the neck, biceps and waist and holds to rather large looking carving knives.
The middle elf holds a large looking woodcutters axe and has articulation on the neck, right shoulder, elbows and waist.
The third hunchback elf looks the meanest of the lot with a large scimitar type blade, and ugliest grin you've ever seen. He also carries a removable blade tucked into his belt ans is articulated at the neck, shoulders and waist.McFarlane"s Helpers Concept ArtMcFarlane"s Helpers Stories
Last but by no means least is the georgeous and sexy looking Mrs Claus.
Poor old Santa must be well strapped for the cash these days to send "poor old Mrs Claus" out looking like this.
If this was what was going to climb down my chimney, or up my pole, I would have had no trouble sleeping Christmas Eve.
With her black thigh length leather boots, gloves, stockings and suspenders, wearing a skimpy red bikini her legs wrapped seductively and provacatively round a sugar cane pole as she leans back and looks beckoningly into your eyes.
McFarlane has the unique gift of making any inanimate female figure look glamorous, sexy and alluring and Mrs Claus is all three.
Measuring approx 61/2 inches in height she is articulated at the biceps, wrists and knees. Above her, hanging upside down from the top of the 9 3/4 inch sudar cane pole is a sneering elf watch her show whilst yet another of Santa's helpers sits watching from within a box at her feet.McFarlane's Mrs Claus Concept ArtMcFarlane"s Mrs Claus Stories
