Halo 2 Exclusive Figures from Joyride StudiosJoyride Studios followed up their success with the initial Halo figures with their run of Halo 2 Exclusive Figures and Halo 2 figures, producing a total of eight series with forty-one total action figures. As with the Halo: Combat Evolved figures there were also a number of Halo 2 Exclusive Figures available, twenty-two in total. Many of these Halo 2 Exclusive Figures were released in line with press releases for the new game, e.g. a Master Chief figure featuring two guns was released shortly after the Dual Wielding feature was announced, and the Brute action figure became available only after the Brute's role in the game was revealed. Most of these Halo 2 Exclusive figures were labeled "Limited Edition" but were actually exclusive to certain stores and internet sites.
Halo 2 Exclusive FiguresThe Mini Master Chief figure: This was a promotional giveaway at Ingram-Micro (Canada) in late 2004 was three inches tall and included a Battle Rifle. This figure was not bubble packed though but came in a clear Halo 2 "polybag". The Mini Master Chief Prototypes: There were two different variants of this figure produced. The first version was colored white, while the other was colored black. Both come in clear Halo 2 polybags and were three inches tall, and are armed with Battle Rifles.
Arbiter (Active Camo) (Game Crazy): This figure was released in November 2005 as a Game Crazy exclusive and was armed with a Covenant Carbine and an Energy Sword with 18 points of articulation. Brute (Active Camo) (Game Crazy): The Brute action figure was released December 2004 and was another Game Crazy exclusive. This figure featured a different paint job and was armed with a Brute Shot. Elite (White Armor) (Toyrocket.com): The White Elite action figure was released July 2006 as a Toyrocket.com exclusive and only 3000 of these figures were produced. It featured 18 points of articulation and was armed with an Energy Sword, Beam Rifle, and Needler.
Halo 2 Exclusive Figures Evolution Set (DieCastExpress) Item # 79242 December 2004: This exclusive set was made available December 2004 as a DieCastExpress.com exclusive that was limited to 5000 pieces. The set came in a metal display case with an embossed Halo 2 logo, which became known as a Halo Biscuit Box and consisted of a Master Chief from Halo: Combat Evolved in Mark V armor and the Master Chief from Halo 2 in Mark VI armor and a MA5B Individual Combat Weapon System, a Pistol, a Battle Rifle, and SMG. The set also included three exclusive Halo 2 postcards. Jackal Major (Yellow Shield): This figure was released September 2006 and came armed with an Energy Shield and a Plasma Pistol. Master Chief (Active Camouflage) (2005 SDCC): This Master Chief figure was released at the 2005 ComicCon International from July 14-17 and at the Wizard World Chicago from August 5-7. It came in active camo with a Shotgun, Magnum and an Energy Sword that are also in active camo. The ODST figure (SDCC): There were two ODST variants available, one "clean" and one covered in a reddish paint, at the San Diego Comic-Con in July 2006, limited to 1200 pieces. It also included a paintball SMG and M247 General Purpose Machine Gun. Great secrecy surrounded the figure when it was announced in early July as a "mystery" exclusive. It was finally revealed just before the Comic-Con. The release of these figures also coincided with the release of the Halo Graphic Novel and the figure was taken directly from the story "Armor Testing," where Spartan-062 is forced to grab an ODST and use him as a human shield to prevent herself from being shot.
Prophet of Regret (Limited Holographic Edition): This figure was an exclusive at Hollywood Video stores and was released July 2006. It featured the Prophet of Regret molded in clear plastic, with 3 points of articulation and a Gravity Throne.
Battle Damaged Red Spartan (Gamestop): Released December 2004 and was an exclusive at GameStop stores and EB Games and featured a red Spartan with white detail coloring with 23 points of articulation and armed with dual SMGs and a Battle Rifle. Spartan (Battle Damaged Teal) (Gamestop): This figure was released in July 2005 and was an exclusive at GameStop and EB Games stores. Its primary armor color was teal, but it also had three detail color variants: teal, gray, and red and it featured 23 points of articulation and came armed with a Sniper Rifle, Plasma Rifle, and Magnum. Spartan (Battle Damaged White) (Gamestop): This action figure was released in July 2005 and was an exclusive at GameStop and EB Games and featured a Spartan in white armor with gold detail coloring with 23 points of articulation and armed with a Sniper Rifle, Plasma Rifle, and Magnum. Spartan (Battle Damaged Gold) (Gamestop): This figure was released July 2005 as a GameStop and EB Games exclusive featuring a gold Spartan with orange detail coloring. The figure is armed with a Sniper Rifle, a Plasma Pistol, and a Magnum. Initially this figure was listed as a "Yellow Spartan (Battle Damaged)" figure on the Joyride website but this was later corrected. Spartan (Blue / Blue Flag) (Diecastexpress): Released in September 2006 this DieCastExpress.com exclusive included a Spartan in blue armor with a white as a secondary and featured 23 points of articulation. It came armed with a M247 General Purpose Machine Gun, two SMGs, a Shotgun, and a blue flag on a stand. Blue Spartan (Battle Damaged): Released in December 2004 exclusively at GameStop and EB Games this figure was blue with yellow highlights and was armed with two SMGs and a Frag Grenade. Spartan (Brown) (Diecast Express): Another DieCastExpress.com and ToyWiz.com exclusive The Brown Spartan featured a Spartan in brown armor armed with a SMG, Plasma Rifle, and a Magnum Pistol and 23 points of articulation. Orange Spartan (Musicland stores): This figure was made available in December 2004 as an exclusive at Musicland stores. It was orange-colored, with white as the detail coloring and also featured the Juggernaut symbol on its pauldrons. The Orange Spartan also had 23 points of articulation and was armed with a SMG and Battle Rifle. Spartan (Pink) (Diecastexpress.com): Released November 2005 the Pink Spartan was a limited edition DieCastExpress.com. exclusive with only 2,000 produced. The figure came in special edition blister card packaging and featured 23 points of articulation and was armed with two SMGs, an Energy Sword, and a Magnum. The figure was a references to Rooster Teeth's popular Red vs Blue machinima. It is the exact tone of color used by the Red Team character, Private Donut. Joyride Studios even went so far as describing the armor as "light red", the same way that Donut does. Spartan (Purple) (Game Crazy): This figure was available in June 2005 as an exclusive at Game Crazy stores. It featured a Spartan in purple armor with lime detail coloring and was armed with a Rocket Launcher and two Plasma Pistols, and had 23 points of articulation. White Elite action figure was released July 2006 and was an exclusive at Toyrocket.com. Only 3000 of these figures were produced. It features 18 points of articulation and is armed with an Energy Sword, Beam Rifle, and Needler. Warthog (Battle Damaged) (Gamestop): This GameStop and EB Games exclusive was released in July 2005 and included a mini battle damaged Master Chief and a Battle Rifle. The Master Chief figure can be placed in the driver, gunner, and passenger seats in the Warthog.
Civilian Warthog: Released July 2005 it was basically the same as the regular Warthog, except that it was colored yellow and black and had no turret, you could also put Spartan figures in the passenger and driver seats. Halo 2 Exclusive Figures Slayer 2-Pack Set The Slayer 2-Pack Exclusive was released April 2006 as a Hot Topic exclusive. It included two figures: an Elite and a Spartan.
Both figures Halo 2 Exclusive Figures were three inches tall. Steel Spartan (Toywiz): The Steel Spartan was released April 2006 as a Toywiz.com exclusive. It featured a Spartan in gray armor with white detail coloring and had 23 points of articulation and was armed with a Battle Rifle, Needler, and Magnum.
