Commander of the great military vessel the Battlestar Galactica Adama is also the commander of the refugee fleet, military commander of the evacuees of the Twelve Colonies and the spiritual leader of the surviving Colonists, leading the quest for Earth. He has a daughter Athena and son Apollo but his wife Ila and his second son, Zac were killed in the Cylon attack on the Twelve Colonies. The Battlestar Galatica and the fleet of refugees owe their survival to Commander Adama who, mistrustful of the Cylons at the time of the Peace Conference to end the Thousand Yahren War, kept his ship on battle alert After the attack Adama organizes the survivors in an escape from the Cylons and on a search for Earth. With the fourth and finally season of the popular re-imagined Battlestar Galactica drawing to and end Amok Time have released a series of retro Battlstar Galactica figures to re-capture the magic of the original show from the late 70's.
