Halo 1 Exclusive Figures from Joyride Studios


Halo 1 Exclusive Figures Checklist

Joyride Studios success with the Halo:Combat Evolved figures led to them also producing figures for the Halo 2 game wth a total of thirteen series of figures being produced and a number of exclusive figures.

Many of these exclusive Halo figures were released in line with press releases on the game, e.g. a Master Chief figure featuring two guns was released shortly after the Dual Wielding

Exclusive Halo 1 Active Camouflage figure

Elite (Active Camouflage) (Hollywood Video): The Active Camouflage Elite was released in July 2004 and featured an Elite in active camouflage, armed with an Energy Sword.

Master Chief (Battle Damaged) (Gamestop): The Battle Damaged Master Chief was originally available in October, and was released again in May 2004. was a GameStop exclusive and was armed with an Assault Rifle, Pistol, and Plasma Rifle.

The Battle-Damaged Black Spartan (Toy Wiz): The Battle-Damaged Black Spartan was released in May 2004 as a Toywiz exclusive and was armed with a Shotgun, Pistol, and Needler.

Master Chief (Cobalt) (EB Games)

There were two different cobalt Spartan figures released: a regular variant and a battle-damaged variant.

  • The battle-damaged variant was made available in May 2004, and was an EB Games and GameStop exclusive. It was armed with an Assault Rifle, Rocket Launcher, and Plasma Pistol.
  • The regular variant was released in August 2004 and was an EB Games and GameStop exclusive. It was armed with a Sniper Rifle, a Pistol, and a Needler.

Both figures feature 18 points of articulation.

Halo Battle Damaged Cobalt figure

Master Chief (Maroon Battle Damaged) (Gamestop): The Battle-Damaged Maroon Spartan was made available in May 2004, and was another GameStop and EB Games exclusive and came armed with an Assault Rifle, Sniper Rifle and a Needler.

Mail-Order Halo 1 Exclusive Figures

Active Camouflage Master Chief: The Active Camouflage Master Chief was released in September 2003 as a mail-away exclusive. It featured the Master Chief in Active Camouflage and was armed with a MA5B Individual Combat Weapon System and Sniper Rifle.

Mini Halo 1 Exclusive Figures 2-Packs

In 2005 Joyride Studios released several mini figure packs based on the characters from Halo: Combat Evolved. There were a total of eight Joyride Mini Sets produced, 2 Campaign double packs and 2 Slayer double packs and 2 five figure Campaign sets and 2 five figure Slayers packs. The figures in these sets were about 3-inches in height with approximately 10 points of articulation.

Halo 1 Exclusive Figures Campaign Sets

The first 2-Pack had the Master Chief and a Jackal. The Master Chief came with a MA5B Individual Combat Weapon System and The Jackal had an Energy Shield and a Plasma Pistol.

The second 2-Pack came with the Master Chief and a Grunt. The Master Chief came with an Assault Rifle while and the Grunt had a Plasma Pistol

The first 5-Pack had the Master Chief, two UNSC Marines, and two Jackals. The Master Chief and Marines had their Assault Rifles, while the two Jackals had Plasma Pistols and Energy Shields.

The second 5-Pack had the Master Chief, a Marine, two Grunts, and a Jackal. The Master Chief and Marine came with Assault Rifles and the rest had Plasma Pistols.

Exclusive Halo1 Battle Damaged MC figure

The Slayer Sets

The first Slayer 2-Pack had two Spartans, a red figure and a blue figure and they were armed with Assault Rifles.

The second Slayer 2-Pack also had two Spartans as well as a black figure and a white figure and they were armed with Assault Rifles.

The first of the Slayer 5-Packs had five Spartans that were colored differently (blue, red, cobalt, orange and active camouflage). Each was armed with an Assault Rifle.

The second Slayer 5-Pack also had five different Spartans, this time the coloursa were black, white, yellow, teal and active camouflage, again each figure was armed with an Assault Rifles.
